Rotational Molding Molds

Rotational Molding or Rotomolding Molds can be made by fabricating Mild Steel (M.S.), Stainless Steel (S.S.) or Aluminum Sheets, Aluminum Casting, Machined from Billets or Electroformed from Nickel.
Various factors determine as to what type of Mold is suitable namely Product Size and Design, end use of the product, aesthetics and looks of the product desired as well as the Cost / benefit ratio of the Mold's usage. All rotational Molds are Female Cavities and do not require an inner core. Mostly large Rotational Molds are fabricated either from Mild Steel or Stainless Steel Sheets, whereas smaller as well as intricate Molds are Aluminum Casted.
